This class will focus on the many ways the rope wall can be used to bring both mobility and stability to the shoulders, and freedom and length to the neck. This class is open to students who have taken at least 3 months of Iyengar Yoga classes and is open to 12 students. When not using the rope wall,  you will  learn variations for the postures using other props so you can practice the postures at home even without a rope wall.
