March 22: Freeing the Upper Back (10:00 - 11:30 am)
April 5: Freeing the Hips
May 3: Functional Feet
May 31: Freeing the Lower Back
June 14: Ease the Knees
Students must be fully vaccinated and boosted in order to attend In-Studio classes. Masks are optional.
