October 10: Ease the Knees
October 17: Easy Neck and Shoulders
November 14: Lengthen and Strengthen the Lower Back
November 28: Yoga for Digestion (10:00- 11:30 am)
These classes are recorded. The video is available to all enrolled students for 2 weeks after the class.
Students must be fully vaccinated and boosted in order to attend In-Studio classes.
