Yoga asana practice can help us through the ups and downs of life, and teach us how to regulate our energy, whether we are feeling lethargic or over stimulated. This workshop will explore various asana that can help restore or calm your energy, and promote a state of balance.


Open to students with at least 6 months of Iyengar Yoga experience.
