Explore a selection of poses from the sequence given to Amy by Abhijata Iyengar to ease lumbo-sacral strain and create lightness in the spine. Novel prop usage and hands on assists will be employed throughout the workshop to aid in this exploration.
Amy will be assisted by Karen, so participants will be supported by two sets of hands for adjustments, and two sets of eyes for feedback.
Open to students with at least six months of Iyengar Yoga experience.
