Doing yoga upon rising is one of the best practices you can incorporate into your daily routine. Starting the day with yoga enhances your physical well being, your mental clarity and your emotional poise and contentment. In this workshop, you will learn five different sequences that will each take about 15 minute to do. Each sequence will have a slightly different emphasis, including asanas for hip mobility, shoulder mobility, spinal elongation, and deep, relaxed breathing. You will receive handouts outlining the sequences so you can practice them regularly at home. Open to all levels of students. This workshop will be recorded and available in your Content Library for two weeks.
