Supta Padangusthasana (Reclining Big Toe Pose) is much more than a leg stretch. It is a deeply therapeutic pose, which benefits the hips, knees and ankles, the lower back and sacrum, and the abdominal organs. In this workshop, we will explore the many variations of this wonderful pose, and see how its lessons help us with poses in other categories.
Online students should have one 6' strap, one strap of 9" or longer, two blocks, and a space at the wall.
