Yoga for Bone Density Class Recording

This 90-minute class with Karen Allgire teaches basic principles of building healthy bones through yoga. These principles are: closed chain weight bearing, length of the thoracic spine (concave upper back), impact through jumping, balance, upper back extensor strength, correct technique for twists and forward extensions, and deep relaxation. This class includes  one or more poses for each of these principles. This pass gives you two weeks from the date of purchase to view the class recording as many times as you wish. You will also have access to two pdf files: Bone Density Asana Sequence and Bone Density Information.
